Tile blanks are Italian terra-cotta and 1/4 inch thick. These tiles are highly durable and can be used in any application.

Yes, each glaze if tested for pool safe application. If a specific color you have chosen is not deemed pool safe I will let you know immediately.
Yes, the tiles are made up of a dense terra-cotta clay and are extremely hardy in all conditions, indoor or out.

I really love this tile although I won't be using it in my backsplash as an accent as planned. Just didn't work for that but I am going to glue some cork on the back and make it a trivet. Very nice tile, exactly like the photo.
