Tile blanks are Italian terra-cotta and 1/4 inch thick. These tiles are highly durable and can be used in any application.

Yes, each glaze if tested for pool safe application. If a specific color you have chosen is not deemed pool safe I will let you know immediately.
Yes, the tiles are made up of a dense terra-cotta clay and are extremely hardy in all conditions, indoor or out.

I had the best experience with Christeen Renee at Artistic Abode Tile! A small outdoor table we had was in much need of some love with a new tile top. I found Artistic Abode Tile on Etsy and corresponded with Christeen who helped me choose this four piece 6"x6" tile that when put together make a beautiful design. Because the table is 15"x15" she suggested and painted the 1" pencil tiles to go around the perimeter which added a beautiful frame-like feature. She started to paint the tiles right away and they shipped to me in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with the finished product and looks beautiful on our deck. I would definitely recommend this vendor for any of your unique tiling projects!
